The finished digital macromolecular model of the SARS-CoV-2 surface structure is available here to download; either in a PDB or Discovery Studio Format. We recommend the latter format as this has the named adressess annotated in the files. Due to the file size, the full structure containing over 7 million atoms, the model has been broken down into the 21 respective "circles". Alternatively, if your machine has limited processing power a 78 file version where each "circle" (C2-C20) has been split into 4 parts is also available.

We also offer a range of physical 3D printed models based on this digital render. Nothing beats actually seeing and holding a real model. The 3D printed model of the Covid-19 Virion has a diameter of over 15cm, while the complete set of Covid-19 proteins set into the viral envelope is around 30cm long. Additionally, we have more affordable single-protein prints and an origami version available, the latter is also available as a download.
